Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the regulated nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise approved. Refunds are issued only under limited circumstances and at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders canceled prior to shipment may be eligible for a refund; however, all cancellations are subject to a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee

• Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation or refund

Refund Eligibility (Non-NFA Items Only)

Refunds may be considered for non-NFA items if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging

• The request is made within a reasonable timeframe of delivery

• The return is approved in advance

Approved refunds will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Suppressors and all NFA-regulated items once ATF paperwork has been submitted

• Any item that has been used, installed, or modified

• Ammunition where prohibited by law

• Special order or custom items

NFA / Suppressor Orders

All suppressor and NFA item sales are final once required paperwork has been submitted to the ATF.

• These orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable after submission

• ATF processing times, delays, or denials are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

At our discretion, we may:

• Issue a replacement, or

• Provide a refund if a replacement is not available

Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

• Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer

• We do not provide warranty service or guarantee manufacturer claims

• Warranty-related issues are not grounds for refunds through us

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are refused or returned due to incorrect information will be:

• Subject to a 25% restocking fee

• Deducted for any additional shipping costs incurred

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
