Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any products, you (“Customer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or place an order.

2. Legal Eligibility & Representations

Customer represents and warrants that they:

  • Are of legal age and not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms, ammunition, or NFA-regulated items under federal, state, or local law

  • Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Are the actual transferee/buyer of any purchased item

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order where eligibility cannot be verified.

3. Compliance with Laws

Customer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We make no representation regarding the legality of any product in the Customer’s jurisdiction.

Orders placed in violation of any law will be canceled. Any resulting fees remain the responsibility of the Customer.

4. Ammunition Sales & Shipping

  • Ammunition will be shipped only where legally permitted and via approved carriers

  • Certain jurisdictions may impose restrictions; orders to such locations may be refused or canceled

  • Customer is solely responsible for ensuring lawful purchase and receipt

5. NFA / Suppressor Sales

  • Suppressors and other NFA-regulated items must be transferred through a licensed FFL/SOT dealer

  • Customer is responsible for selecting a valid dealer and completing all required ATF documentation accurately

  • Transfer is contingent upon approval by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)

ALL NFA SALES ARE FINAL UPON SUBMISSION OF ATF PAPERWORK AND ARE NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

We are not responsible for ATF processing times, delays, or denials.

6. Pricing, Errors, and Order Acceptance

All pricing, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors or inaccuracies

  • Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities

Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

7. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and potential legal action.

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All shipments are made in accordance with applicable laws. Title and risk of loss transfer to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, government agencies, or incorrect customer-provided information.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Restocking Fees

  • All cancellations and approved returns are subject to a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee

  • Orders already processed or shipped may not be canceled without penalty

  • Orders returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or other customer error will incur the restocking fee

Returns are accepted solely at our discretion and must be unused, in original packaging, and follow all return instructions.

NFA items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once ATF paperwork has been submitted.

10. Warranties

All used products are sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Certain products, including suppressors and related items, may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Any such warranty is provided solely by the original manufacturer and not by us.

We do not provide any independent warranty coverage unless explicitly stated in writing. The Customer is responsible for:

  • Reviewing manufacturer warranty terms

  • Completing any required product registration

  • Contacting the manufacturer directly for warranty claims, service, or repairs

Warranty claims do not constitute valid grounds for returns or refunds through us.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of use

  • Loss of profits

  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

12. Indemnification

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our business, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of any law

  • Misuse or unlawful use of products

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the business operates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
