Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing on in-stock items. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Ammunition Shipping

Ammunition is shipped via ground service only in compliance with carrier regulations.
Customers must be 18 or 21 years of age depending on local laws.
Ammunition sales are subject to all state and local regulations. Orders will be canceled if shipping to restricted locations.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws before placing an order.
We do not ship ammunition to locations where prohibited.

Suppressor / NFA Item Shipping

Suppressors are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and must be shipped to a licensed FFL/SOT dealer.
All NFA items require ATF approval prior to transfer to the customer.
Once paperwork is approved, the suppressor will be shipped to the selected dealer for final transfer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all transfer paperwork and dealer information is correct at the time of purchase.
Processing and approval times are determined by the ATF and are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Order Cancellations & Returns

All canceled or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
This applies to both ammunition and suppressor purchases.
NFA items (including suppressors) are non-returnable once paperwork has been submitted to the ATF.
Orders that are refused, undeliverable, or returned due to customer error will also incur the restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
